0 compensation for subbing duties
Attendance bonus system that forced teachers to choose between their health and additional compensation

After

Together, AZ-ACTS has won for all BASIS schools:

10 total days of PTO
$40/hr stipend for subbing duties assigned in addition to a full teaching schedule
Removal of the punitive attendance bonus system
